Quitaque ( 〔This pronunciation is given on signs at the entrance to town on multiple highways, saying "Welcome to Quitaque (kitty-quay)".〕) is a city in Briscoe County, Texas, United States. The population was 411 at the 2010 census.
The Texas high school football and college coach Gene Mayfield was born in Quitaque in 1928.

Quitaque is located at (34.366412, -101.055286).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of , all of it land.
The entrance to Caprock Canyons State Park is located just north of Quitaque, and the Caprock Canyons Trailway is located just south of the town.
